As the Lunar New Year approached and the atmosphere of spring filled the air, the Polvita team came together for the company’s 2022 Year-End Gathering, held on January 6, 2023, at Jacaranda Valley Ecofarm in Ba Vi, Hanoi.

The event brought together the Polvita leadership team and employees from the Northern region for an opportunity to reflect on the past year, recognize collective achievements and celebrate the beginning of a new year together.

Overcoming a Challenging Year

The year 2022 brought significant challenges to businesses around the world.

The continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, together with the Russia–Ukraine war, contributed to sharp increases in the prices of many essential commodities, including fuel, raw materials and other imported goods. Fluctuations in the US dollar exchange rate also placed additional pressure on the cost of imported products distributed by Polvita.

Despite these challenges, Polvita remained committed to maintaining stable selling prices wherever possible while continuing to serve customers and business partners.

Through the collective efforts of the entire team, the company was able to substantially achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the year.

This achievement reflected not only the resilience of the business but also the dedication, adaptability and teamwork of Polvita employees throughout a challenging period.

Recognizing the Team’s Contributions

As part of the year-end program, Polvita held a review meeting to evaluate the company’s performance and business activities in 2022.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors recognized and commended the achievements and contributions of both individuals and teams who had worked diligently throughout the year.
