The selection process consists of three stages. Candidates must successfully pass the current stage to proceed to the next.

This stage involves reviewing candidate applications to assess their suitability against the requirements of the vacant position. Candidates whose applications are selected will be notified of the schedule for the multiple-choice test.
This stage consists of multiple-choice tests relevant to the position and required knowledge. Note: Please bring at least one form of photo identification and a pen to the test.


This is the first formal meeting between the candidate and the Company. Through this interview, the Company gathers information to evaluate whether the candidate is truly suitable for the position. The Company will assess skills such as communication, working style (independent vs. team-based), work organization and planning, and critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. It also serves to verify information from the application, such as educational background, experience, and skills. Candidates may also ask the Company relevant questions during this session. Depending on the candidate and the position, there may be more than one interview. Selected candidates will be notified within 10 days of the interview date.
Candidates who pass the interview stage will be invited to a meeting to discuss and agree upon the employment contract and related matters, including the contract type, job duties, salary, and working hours. Subsequent steps will be carried out in accordance with the employment contract and instructions from the direct supervisor and HR personnel. Finalization of employment documentation follows successful selection. Upon receiving the job offer, the candidate needs to prepare the following documents and submit them to the HR representative to finalize the onboarding process.
