– Lemon balm oil (Oleum melissae): 0.34 g
– Clove oil (Oleum caryophylli): 0.29 g
– Lemon peel oil (Oleum citri): 0.29 g
– Cinnamon oil (Oleum cinnamomi cassiae): 0.465 g
– Nutmeg oil (Oleum myristicae macidis): 0.26 g
– Peppermint oil (Oleum menthae piperitae): 0.375 g
– Thyme oil (Oleum thymi): 0.24 g
– Coriander seed oil (Oleum coriandri): 0.24 g

INDICATIONS
ARGOL® Carmelite Essence is suitable for use as an aid in treating:
– Chronic upper respiratory tract inflammation, laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, cough, hoarseness, and sore throat. Administration via spray, nebulizer, or gargling.
– Rhinitis, mucosal inflammation, runny nose, and sinusitis. Administration via nebulizer, spray, or gargling.
– Influenza or external infections via topical application for children over 3 years of age. Apply using gauze or a massage pad, or dilute drops of the solution in bathwater.
– Influenza or external infections via topical application for pregnant women. Apply using gauze or a massage pad.

TARGET USERS
Children and adults.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
– Steam inhaler: Pour ½ – 1 teaspoon of the solution into a steam inhaler containing a cup of hot water; inhale the rising vapors; repeat 2–3 times daily.
– Compressor nebulizer/mist inhaler: Add 10 drops to 10–15 ml of clean water or medical-grade saline solution in the medication chamber; inhale the mist; repeat 2–3 times daily.
– Mouth rinse: Add ½ teaspoon of the product to half a cup of clean warm water, stir well, and rinse the mouth 3–4 times daily.
– Oral spray: Spray into the oral cavity by pressing the bottle 1–2 times; repeat 2–3 times daily (8ml spray bottle).
– Inhalation via compress: Apply a few drops to a compress pad; place the pad on the chest; inhale the rising vapors.
– Bath: Add ½ teaspoon (5 drops for children) to a basin of warm water, stir well, and bathe as usual.
– Other topical uses:
Apply a few drops to a cotton pad or gauze, place it on the area to be treated for a few minutes, then cover the area.
Apply a few drops directly to the skin, massage evenly until dry, and cover the area.
Apply a few drops to a gauze pad (without touching the cotton directly), press or gently wipe the painful area of ​​the mouth or skin with the gauze, and hold the pressure for 30 seconds or longer if necessary.
